The service

AI Content Planner helps you generate, plan, schedule, and publish content across supported social platforms using AI. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have appropriate authority to accept these Terms on behalf of an organization.

Free plan and AI credits

New accounts receive a set number of free AI credits. Different actions consume different amounts of credits, as shown on our pricing section. Free credits carry no cash value and may change over time. Paid plans, when available, will be governed by the pricing presented at purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to create or distribute unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content, to violate the rules of any connected platform, or to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms you post to. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and publish your content on your behalf.

Intellectual property

The platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Equitysoft Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other brand assets.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for every use, and you remain responsible for what you publish.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equitysoft Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the service or its users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
